Inverter Ducted
A modern ducted system that delivers smooth, even comfort with inverter technology, built on a low-GWP refrigerant platform.

Condensing Unit Highlights
Our new Thermal Zone Inverter Ducted System is designed to deliver smooth, consistent comfort through a modern ducted platform built for efficiency and reliability. Engineered to operate across a wide range of conditions, the system combines inverter technology with advanced airflow management to maintain steady indoor temperatures while reducing energy consumption.
At the core of the system is a high-efficiency inverter twin-rotary compressor paired with a full DC fan motor, allowing the system to modulate output based on real-time demand. Rather than cycling on and off like traditional systems, the inverter platform continuously adjusts performance to provide more stable comfort, quieter operation, and improved humidity control throughout the home or building.
The system operates on R-454B (A2L) low-GWP refrigerant, a modern platform designed to support evolving efficiency and environmental standards. Combined with built-in monitoring and protection strategies, the Thermal Zone inverter ducted system delivers dependable operation and long-term performance in both residential and light commercial applications.
Experience balanced comfort, intelligent performance, and modern refrigerant technology with the Thermal Zone Inverter Ducted System.

Air Handler (AHU) Highlights

- Constant-Torque 5-Speed ECM Blower – Helps maintain consistent airflow under moderate static conditions to support stable system performance.
- Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) – Provides precise refrigerant metering for improved cooling control and system efficiency.
- 4-Way Convertible Installation – Multi-position design allows installation in upflow, downflow, horizontal left, or horizontal right configurations.
- Service-Friendly Access – Slide-out blower wheel and coil simplify maintenance and service access when required.
- Optional Electric Heat Kits – Available in 5 kW, 7.5 kW, 10 kW, and 15 kW capacities to support supplemental heating needs.
What you’ll notice
More even temperature
Inverter modulation allows the system to adjust output continuously rather than cycling on / off. This helps reduce temperature swings and maintain a more consistent indoor environment.
Better comfort in shoulder seasons
When cooling or heating demand is lower, the inverter system can operate at reduced capacity. This supports improved comfort and better humidity control during milder weather.d
Quieter Operation
Instead of running at full power all the time, inverter technology allows the system to operate at lower speeds when possible, helping reduce overall sound levels.
Confidence in Tough Weather
Designed to operate across a wide range of outdoor conditions, the system maintains reliable heating and cooling performance through changing seasons.
Why Contractors choose Thermal Zone ID
Thermal Zone inverter ducted systems are designed to install cleanly, commission predictably, and operate reliably in real duct systems. With a clear controls architecture, built-in protections, and complete documentation, the platform supports dependable performance while helping contractors deliver consistent comfort for their customers.
Flexible Controls Options
The system supports RS-485 communicating control for coordinated system operation and deeper diagnostics, with optional 24V control available for traditional thermostat installations.
Stable Airflow Performance
A constant-torque ECM blower and coordinated inverter operation help maintain steady airflow under changing load conditions, supporting consistent comfort throughout the home.
Protections Built In
Integrated monitoring and protection strategies help safeguard the system from abnormal operating conditions, supporting reliable performance and reducing nuisance interruptions.
Service-Friendly Support
Submittals, installation manuals, and start-up resources are organized in one place, helping installers commission systems quickly and troubleshoot efficiently when needed.
